My theoretical orientation is an integration of family systems,
cognitive-behavorial, structural and psychodynamic approaches.
What does that mean? It focuses on having a wholistic approach to helping
families and individuals identify problem areas, make changes, grow in insight,
and establish healthy priorities within the varying family subsystems. I also
seek to incorporate traditional Judeo-Christian values in my work.
I have extensive experience working with individuals, couples, and families providing
services including (but not limited to):
Marital and Pre-Marital Counseling
Marriage Enrichment
Blended Family Issues
Relationship and/or Familial Issues
Addictions
Co-Dependency and Enmeshment Issues
Anxiety
Depression
Self Esteem
Grief and Loss
Trauma and Abuse (Physical, Emotional, Sexual)
Emotional Problems
Post-Abortion Stress
Developmental Delays
Attention Deficit Disorder (ADD/ADHD)
