Welcome! It's never easy to admit that life isn't going the way you had hoped,
but coming to that point of realization is the first step in change. When a person
walks in my door, he or she wants something to change. It is a positive action.
As a licensed psychotherapist (LMFT, LMHC), I am able to help facilitate that change.
Living life impacts who we are. Difficult and/or traumatic events in our life
(past or present) often have a negative impact on our relationships and our coping skills. Therapy
focuses on processing these events, how they have impacted us, identifying ways
we want to grow, and figuring out how to grow. Growing and making real changes
brings healing, hope and restoration to people's relationships.
I usually start meeting with a client once a week for fifty minutes. After a few
meetings, we evaluate together the client's progress and determine whether or not
to adjust the frequency of meeting schedule.
